Not real happy with the final price of the work I had performed on my utility trailer. Work was completed fine. I received a quote to have the work completed and when I went in to pay and pickup my trailer, it was $200 more than quoted. A courtesy phone call would have been nice informing me of the increase along with the reasons why. I thought the quote was high to begin with and then to unexpectedly find out it was even more when I went to pick it up was very disappointing. Various reasons given for the difference but I felt I was taken advantage of. A friend recommended RMS as I was a first time customer. In the end I could have purchased a brand new trailer for just a few hundred dollars more than my repairs. The counter person agreed and thought it was I was being funny. I wasn't!

This is the second time I had my class B inspected here at Hanover Truck and RV. Both times the inspection was completed in a timely manner, the employees were very nice, and the price was reasonable. No attempted up selling that seem common at other RV service centers. I will be returning as needed.

First off, I usually don’t leave any ratings with comments unless the service is exceptional. Cecil and Andrew exceeded my expectations! I had a list of repairs needed to get my 1996 Fleetwood Bounder to pass MD inspection. They came back with a ball park quote because of the age of the RV and upon completion the final bill came in lower and was very reasonable. During the entire process, they kept me updated and finished all repairs without delay. If you have work to be done by a very honest and reputable service center; give Cecil and Andrew the chance to exceed your expectations at RMS of Hanover!
