Not real happy with the final price of the work I had performed on my utility trailer. Work was completed fine. I received a quote to have the work completed and when I went in to pay and pickup my trailer, it was $200 more than quoted. A courtesy phone call would have been nice informing me of the increase along with the reasons why. I thought the quote was high to begin with and then to unexpectedly find out it was even more when I went to pick it up was very disappointing. Various reasons given for the difference but I felt I was taken advantage of. A friend recommended RMS as I was a first time customer. In the end I could have purchased a brand new trailer for just a few hundred dollars more than my repairs. The counter person agreed and thought it was I was being funny. I wasn't!

Excellent work done in a timely manner. I'm happy to have found a family owned business that treats me better with lower prices than the large corporate establishments I have been going to.

Took my 2004 American Tradition to RMS for body work.They did a marvelous job with it.Cecil and Andrew ( his son ) are Excellent people to deal with.Their quality, professionalism and eagerness to get the job done right really stood out.
