Ive been using Glenshaw Auto for at least 5 years and they are amazing. They are friendly, honest, prompt, and courteous. Their warranty and services such as pick up/drop off and free loaner vehicles are unmatched. Their electronic vehicle diagnostic report via email and text is so convenient. And I've never had problems with their repairs. I've had them cover stuff under their warranty like they said they would. They always make you feel like you're their most important customer. I cannot say enough about how lovely this shop is to work with. They drop off and pick up- for free- and have always been willing to go out of their way to be helpful.
