Very professional shop. They're quick-- I brought the car in for a number of problems on Tuesday, it was done mid-day Wednesday. The shop is clean and the employees responsive, and John (who works the front desk) was very helpful and called to update me often on the status of my car. The prices were fair and they didn't try to stick me with any unnecessary work, as I've experienced at other shops/the dealership-- in fact, John recommended a way for me to save money. Paul’s garage, the honest place. If you genuinely want your car inspected and want the needed repairs done, come here. They won’t try and upsell you. If you want to go somewhere and just pay them 80 bucks to get a sticker put on your car without even looking at it, then go somewhere else.

I took my car in for repairs, which took four days for them to even look at. The guy at the counter was rude and extremely confrontational. His card reader mysteriously stopped working right when I was about to check out. As requested, I left and got cash to pay for the repair. Was gone for probably about 45 minutes... I don't think it's a coincidence that not even a week later my car broke down due to a loose connection causing my water pump to fail and overheat the engine. If you value your car, do NOT bring it here. Shady business.
