I'm here to change my review cause at that time I was in a panic but everything's fine now. Anyway I had scheduled an appointment for a tire rotation and a inspection. Waited about a week to take my car in. Fortunately I'm in walking distance so I didn't need a friend ir anything to drive me. Dropped it off at about 9am. At about 5:20 pm i call asking if it had been done and I was told they were just now bringing it into the shop. And about 20 minutes later I get a call to come pick it up. And I get there about 15 minutes before closing. The rotation didn't end up getting done either because it wasn't written down when I scheduled it or they just didn't have the time. I wasn't charged for it or anything like that so that's great. When I was done paying my car wad left on with the keys in the vehicle and my car uses a automatic push start system. This is dangerous for multiple reasons including someone just getting in and taking the car or the car auto locking itself. And when I was lea

My tire's valve stem broke last month and my friend's father highly recommended Universal Tire and Auto. They fit me in on a busy weekday and arranged so I wouldn't have to miss work. I had a donut on and I appreciated how neatly they put it back in the compartment. The people who work there are very nice, and though I suspect they gave me a special (much-appreciated) discount because of the referral and because I work for a non-profit, their everyday prices are very reasonable, and I will definitely be back for maintenance and my next inspection.
