To make a long story short he ordered a part online for me I payed him my money and he never called to let me know that the part was in I called him he never returned any of my calls I went by his shop he was never there. So after two weeks I called and asked for a refund he wouldn't give it to me mind you my part was there but he never called to tell me. Very very disappointing and disturbing....see you in court Vons auto.
Von is nearly famous for his quality service, honest diagnoses and very fair prices. It's hard to know that you can trust your mechanic, sometimes, but this guy cares about his customers and community.
