Very helpful at finding what I needed and others have recommended. But Cratty’s was cheaper and still did a great job. Helpful but not the cheapest in town.

Horrible, horrible customer service. Fixed my caliper a few months back and won't cover for their mistakes. Calipers already went bad not long after that, took it back there for them to look at it, they want another $500. I already paid for $500 worth of work originally for the caliper issue. Go to pick my car back up and it's still not put back together and no mechanic to do so. Now Ive had to be hassled with them several times for nothing. I'd never go here again or reccommend to anyone. Terry is very rude. Wanted $60 extra just to look at it for an estimate on their own bad repair work. I wouldn't Take a tricycle here.

These folks are the real deal. I can certainly see why they have been in business for so long. When you see 'Friendly, Reliable, and Dependable' on the marquee, it is not just a catchy phrase, it is how every employee there demonstrates to the public what their business represents. I had a serious problem with my RV trailer tires. Terry, the retail manager, dropped everything he was doing, listened carefully to my issues and, over the course of three days, inspected and repaired six tires. The fact that I was from out of town had absolutely no bearing on his demeanor. Now today, while continuing my 13,000 mile vacation, I can relax knowing my tires are OK - this is an important idea considering my previous last two days were interrupted by flat tires. I owe A HUGE THANKS to these wonderful people and their professional business. They represent what we all hope we will find when we have problems.
