Scott Kosack runs a trash shop, very unprofessional. Bought and paid for Tires, I had to leave for Army Drill for a month and he ends up selling my tires and does not call to tell me, his staff says he's unavailable every time I called, by the time I got back into town I had to go down there and find out what the hell was going on. doesn't reimbursed until I held his feet to the fire. This is not how you run a professional business, they did have a loyal customer but not no more, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Service: Tires
Bought a Bestop soft top assembly kit from Scott Kozack at SKS Auto and Truck repair in March of 2022. Upon assembly, I found the kit to be missing half of the parts. After 6 weeks of him stringing me along and refusing to make it right, I have had to contact the authorities. Avoid this business at all costs.
