One sour apple ruins the basket, which is the case here. The body work is outstanding. Interacted with a couple of mechanics and Carol who bent over backwards to accommodate my needs. They do have one incorrigible office employee who makes you wait until she has completed what she is doing before she even acknowledged you. If you can ignore the sour apple, their work is impeccable.
The estimate was different from the total price. They did not inform me. Gladly it was an insurance claim.
