Every time I schedule an oil change they cancel it then leave a voicemail saying they don’t have the person there which sounds ridiculous for an auto shop. ???? I will no longer be scheduling.
Car was inspected and the service technician fully explained and showed what was needed, with the quotation for pricing given accurately The pricing was more than reasonable, and the car is running fine, excellent service. ????
Complete and utter miscommunication and pure laziness on scheduling. I had my inspection scheduled for a week in advance, once I get to the store I’m hit with the “Oh we tried to call you but we must of forgot” excuse because they were so backed up. This has been the 2nd time this has happened to me as well as my girlfriend who had scheduled with Monroe.
