My daughter who is 10 hours away at school was experiencing issues with her electrical system in her car. She searched around and found James and Demay to be the ones who treated her respectfully. James made a point to reach out to me with his diagnostic report. He was honest with me and my daughter. His honesty saved her over $600 parts and labor. A shop in town told my wife that she needed 2 new catalytic converters and it was gonna be around $3000. Drove it to James and Demays and found out that the transmission needed fluid and had a small leak. They took it right in and fixed it. This is the only shop we will be using now.
