Harrell Automotive was recommended to me a few years ago and I have been very pleased with their service! Their service technician, Veronica, is outstanding! She is very professional, friendly, and knowledgable. Her demeanor is always pleasant and her explanations of any needs or issues with my vehicle are very clear and understandable. Too expensive! The oil change was reasonable but the 4 stabilizer control link replacement cost more than if I had the work done at a dealer. Not what I expected. Also, their estimates to fix two oil leaks were ridiculous compared to dealer estimates. I guess they did not want to do the work. They were not apologetic when I shared my other estimates. Nice people though. Service: Steering & suspension replacement

Harrell Automotive treated me like family in my multiple experiences with them. They had the professionalism of a large corporation, but they acted with the kindness and warmth you would hope to experience from a local establishment. All of the staff was so helpful, honest, and insightful- especially Penny, handling my MANY questions. I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of. Their 3 year 36,000 mile warranty on brakes can't be beat! I have and will continue to recommend Harrell Automotive to all of my friends!
