They took advantage of me and my wife. 2000 dollars down the drain and problem still exists. Zero customer service even after several attempts to call and voice my concerns. Would not recommend anyone else getting ripped off

Very dissatisfied. I needed to know everything that my car needed to become legal for inspection. I needed all the right info to make an informed decision. I was clear about these expectations and needs. I was given a "free estimate" on what needed done, body work needed was outsourced to another shop unrelated to this one. After getting the repairs recommended and spending thousands, I was shocked to be told my car still wasn't legal! I'm sure it wasn't done maliciously but I'm also sure it wasted my time and money and my car still isn't legal. Had I been given all the info I asked for to begin with I might not feel so put out. And to not even receive an apology, but a shamey reply of, "we gotta consider safety." I'm not denying that at all, but your "professional advice" was nonetheless wrong and cost me money I couldn't waste. Women beware! It's 2023 and we still can't get our cars serviced honestly.
