I dropped my Trailblazer off at 9a.m it was diagnosed and fixed way before noon same day. No upselling they explained what was wrong in detail, gave me a good price! I have been searching for a trustworthy and reliable mechanic since I moved back to Erie six years ago and feel beyond lucky to have found ABR. Amanda and Bobby are the most caring and down to earth people, and do good honest work. They're a real power couple! I've been here twice in the last month, and both times my vehicle has been done sooner than expected and the second time came in under estimate, which has literally never happened to me before. Bobby stayed late to finish working on my car tonight and I was pleasantly surprised to have my car back a day early! Just truly the best people. It's a relief to know I don't have to worry about who I'll take my car to the next time it needs work.. for the first time ever! Will not be taking my vehicle anywhere else as long as I live here.
