Had an appointment at 8:00 a.m. for oil change & inspection. I didn’t wait cause would be a couple hours. Called me before 10 with just a few things additional needed. 11:15 called and finished. Had a shuttle come pick me up to get my car! Great guy by the way!! Excellent service all around.

I take both my vehicles here. Gerard and his staff are always attentive, cordial and explain everything to me if I have questions. The shuttle service and rental cars are helpful as well. They always call and give you accurate estimates for repairs before they are done. I would not hesitate in getting your vehicle fixed or maintained at Lykon. Lykon was able to fit me in for a same-week appointment for a second opinion after I made the mistake of getting my inspection somewhere else that quoted hundreds of dollars more in repairs for unnecessary work. The customer service is always excellent, offering rides to and from destinations while the vehicle is serviced, and does honest & fair work. They follow up after the work to ensure there are no issues and will do anything possible to accommodate your needs. I won’t make the same mistake twice and will only be using Lykon moving forward.
