I am writing to highly recommend and recognize Giovanni for his exceptional customer service at JACK WILLIAMS. His dedication and commitment to providing superb service have greatly impressed me, and I believe he deserves recognition and reward for his outstanding efforts. As a long-time and loyal customer, I have had numerous interactions with various customer service representatives. However, my recent experience with Giovanni truly stood out and reaffirmed my decision to remain a loyal customer. When I initially reached out to schedule a tire rotation for Monday, Giovanni went above and beyond by offering me an earlier appointment on Sunday. TL/DR: Fine for basic oil changes, not for anything else. We took our car here for an inspection. In order to pass we needed to replace the tires and get an alignment (idk if the alignment was required or just suggested). We do that, it passes, and we took it home to find that it was driving rough and making noises (almost like a helicopter was under our car) it hadn’t made before bringing it to JW. We bring it back to JW and they say it’s fixed. We drive it home and it still has the same problems. We bring it back to JW again and they say nothing is wrong with it, that it’s probably the transmission and that they don’t do transmission work. They likely just told us that to get us out of their hair. What was actually wrong with our car was that all four bushings had failed. They hadn’t noticed this when they replaced the tires and did the alignment, which is why we only started having problems after they did the work. They had three opportunities to realize that our bushings had failed

Meant to leave this review weeks ago, but I haven’t forgotten about the incredible service my team and I receive each and every time we go with JW. Massive shout out to GIO for the customer service, knowledge and care - time after time. Gio has never had my team or myself leaving feeling ripped off like we have sometimes felt at other service shops. He cares about his job and cares about his clients which shows greatly in his work.
