Hands down the best. An honest mechanic is practically an oxymoron. With Hank's they are honest, great prices, personable & willing to go the extra mile even if it doesn't benefit their pocket book. But then again this is why they have great reviews & tons of repeat business. People know, trust & like them. A1 top shelf business. They may offer a discount to Lehigh University students but don't quote me on that. Check them out.

I was involved in a car accident yesterday, and Hank's Auto towed my car. I wanted to report that my tow driver was very polite; I'm not from the area, and he was very helpful with driving me to the airport to try and get a rental, and he was very patient with me, as I was kind of shaken up. Later in the day, I had to get into the yard to get things out of the car, and the young man that met me at the shop, and drove me to the yard, was also very polite and patient. Your customer service is excellent; spoken as a person who has been dismissed and treated rudely from other police-called towing services. If I didn't live an hour away, I'd ask Hank's to fix the car, as well.

I took my car in for a routine brake pad replacement, they left the car with many warning lights on because they broke or disconnected the caliper plugs. Additionally the caliper bolts were all loose and needed to be tightened. I was told they needed to order a new part to fix the issue, and they would have to charge me for it. Accidents happen, but this level of damage is unacceptable for a routine job like that. Service: General repairs & maintenance
