Walmart Auto Care Centers

Had a appt at 12 to buy 4 tires n have them put on. (Easy Enough) dropped off the car at 12. Received a call from them sd we cant take off ur tires, the lug nuts are to tight. They told us to go to a different tire shop n have them loosened. Which we did then back to walmart car care center once again. After waiting around again. We recieved a text that the car was ready went to pic it up the kid at the counter sd the lug nuts are still to tight. WHAT!! " I went to the tire shop, you said and I watched the employee loosen each lug nut OMG after 4 hours of back fourth I will never go back to them. Service: Tires

I waited 25 minutes to have a case unlocked for a $6 item. I'm not annoyed that I waited so long; the Associate was doing his best. I'm annoyed that many incidental items are locked up. Instead of severely inconveniencing the vast majority of honest shoppers, you should arrest the shoplifters and insist on their prosecution. Just another reason to shop Amazon Prime

Says open at 7 am. Clearly not. Should probably update your service hours They never answer their phones in any department because they won't do their job.
