Service Center at Stuckey GMC

My 2018 jeep compass was towed there last Monday. They told me it was ready for pick up..Friday I went to get it they said that it was the batteries .both were replaced. I went to leave in it and torque needed serviced..waited til late afternoon to call to see what the progress was..it was still being worked on..the service department never called me to inform me..waited Saturday evening for a call..since I didn't hear from them I had to call again..very disappointed in the service department..no communication..and I'm still waiting for a call

Wonderdul and efficient service! They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable including shuttle service. The shuttle driver was so friendly and made me feel comfortable. Alana was so helpful and friendly!! She is the one that offered the shuttle when she realized I had no ride. Highly recommend!!

Alana was my service advisor and she let me speak with Bryan, the experienced tech who diagnosed and repaired the fuel pump on my 2000 Suburban with 309369 miles. They did a great job and make a great team. Professional, knowledgeable and experienced. They also easily repaired my exhaust manifold bolts, that other dealers had shoes away from, with absolutely no drama. My truck continues to run like a top, no check engine light, no oil usage.
