Firestone Complete Auto Care

⚠️DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO FIRESTONE ⚠️ I took my car in 2 weeks ago and had them put on new tires (I called a few different places they quoted me the cheapest price for the tires) We were told it would be 1 1/2 hours and around $300 dollars, which was fine, they were awful and needed replaced asap. As they were working on the car they said my coolant needed flushed and replaced, and said it would be an extra $100, which was also fine, it hadn't been done and over 2 years. 3 hours and over $600 later and "everything" was done - Ouch. Fast forward to today..the car starts making a noise I never heard before and guess what... ALL of the lug nuts on my drive side tire were loose! I called Firestone repeatedly today and they would not answer so I called their customer service number and made a report and should hear back from the manager with in 2 business days but I wanted to put this out there for anyone thinking of using their services. $1,087 for front and back brakes and rotors? Crazy priced. They did treat me well with the tires I purchased and prorated my other set that needed replaced because of being there tire. Just curious had I not asked about my tread warranty would it have been honored or would I have paid full price. Also says on the door free brake inspection and on my invoiced I paid for this.
