My outstanding service here began with my assigned Service Manager, Sam Way. Everyone here is courteous and professional, but Sam specifically has kept me on the road with my last two CRV’s with all of the routine, scheduled, and corrective maintenance that I’ve needed. In short, I’m happy with the quality and timeliness of the service at a reasonable price point. I’m so satisfied, I’ve even given Altoona Honda service work that I used to do myself, but now find other things to do with my time. I also couldn’t be happier with a set of tires I bought from Sam. He absolutely was right, this set of Michelin Cross Climate tires handle ice, snow, rain, road noise, and ride better than any other tires I’ve ever owned. Thanks Sam for the great service, for my Hondas and families non Honda products. This place is my go-to for any future work that I’ll ever need.
