Mike Noble has taken terrific care of me and my cars. I was referred to Mike after I had purchased a used car, and I was told I should take the car to Mike to inspect. Mike fit me in his busy schedule and notified me the car I had purchased had been severely damaged. He gave me advice on how I should return the car. He did all of this without charging me a penny, and he saved me! He then inspected my second replacement car, and he adjusted a belt, a light, installed a couple of trim parts for me, and checked the car for damage. Again, he did all of this at no charge. Thankfully, the second car was a winner. Mike is clearly trying to save people money. He is smart, experienced, honest, and reliable, and he deserves respect. I have learned that he appreciates customers scheduling appointments and not just stopping by, because he personally works on every car. He is extremely knowledgeable about all Mercedes vehicles. My wife and I recently purchased an older Mercedes coupe that we felt was obviously in need of some repairs. Mike did a great job getting everything running, and working right again. I'd never taken a car to a mechanic that so thoroughly explained what was wrong with the car, took the time to physically show you, and then when all the work was completed, explained and showed the work he had done, as well as some of the broken parts. Another thing we really liked about Mike, was the fact that he encouraged us not to repair or replace some of the parts that were getting worn but were still safe, and had some life left in them. All in all a really good experience. Also, Mike is a very friendly, honest, and approachable guy. Highly Recommended.

Fortunately, Mike and Cindy at Noble Motors were highly recommended to me, after several other repair people had struck out offering a solution to my Sprinter Van's engine losing power, and then it was not able to start or run. My Van's check engine light was on and a code check included "Fuel Rail/System Pressure – Too Low" result. Before talking to Mike, the only possible solution that was offered involved a long "tow" and wait for 6 weeks until March for service, where I was told that the most likely scenario was the expensive option of pulling the fuel tank. After explaining the factors in my situation to Mike, he very astutely explained the idiosyncratic operation of the Sprinter fuel "gauge". The Espar space heater in my van had resulted in the fuel gauge being inaccurate, and I had simply run out of fuel. All I needed to do was add 4-5 gallons of fuel, purge the system as he directed, and THE VAN STARTED RIGHT UP. I drove the van in to the Noble Motors shop for an appointm
