Les Schwab Tire Center

Went in because my tire kept losing air. Turns out a metal shard was in it. They removed the shard, patched the tire and even checked out my other tires all for free. I didn't even buy those tires from them.

I came here for an issue of handle vibration. They recommend to do 4 tire alignment. I spend hundreds of dollars on replacing something before they can do the 4 tires alignment. After the work done, my car is still having the same issues. Today, I went there again, and they told me it should be rotor issues, and recommended me to replace 4 rotors. I said why you do not tell me it is rotor issue at first place. Now, I spend more than a thousand dollars on fixing my wheels vibration issue. Not recommend at this location.

My wife brought our newly purchased car here for a severe vibration when breaking. Les Schwab had it for 6 hours. She was told that it was just the way ABS feels and sent home (after their rep drove it). Took it to our local brake shop for a second opinion. Brakes were worn and rotors warped. They fixed it, now our car breaks like new, no hint of vibration. Either this Les Schwab is incompetent or they don't care about the $500+ repair. Either way, they treated my wife like an idiot when she insisted it wasn't the ABS.
