Jeanne was very helpful and explained well. Fixed our AC quick and other things. Followed up with us to check if everything running fine. So far our car is running great.
Mom needs her car. Cancer treatments are important. Car was miss firing. She brings in. They charge her 100 say her spark plug was loose. Send her on her way 1mile later car is broke down Shop closed Bring back to shop Charged 600 for fuel service and told cyl 4 lifters are defective. Had to tow the car to a Subaru shop. They fixed it for 90. None of the 700 of labor they charged us was related to the problem.
Recently purchased a Saab 9-3 and the team here were fantastic! Great communication, very detailed service plan and more than willing to take the time to explain repairs but also unique features of my car.
