Some of the nicest people I've worked with! They put up with me being indecisive and let me take my time to come to a decision on what to do for my car. Once the decision was made they had my car done exactly when they said they would. The drop off and pick up box made it 1000 times easier to coordinate getting my car there and back! So happy to have A/C again in this hot weather!

Our alternator died on I-5 the day after a holiday, 5 hours from home. We called J&H and they juggled their schedule to fit us in the same day. In the time it took for the tow truck to deliver us, they had the part already on site and our van was fixed and ready to get back on the road in just a few hours.
