Unfortunately this is the second vehicle we have taken in to them. The first vehicle they did an amazing job with. We feel like it is a place you can trust and they made us feel like they really cared about you and the work they do. With out even trying! This time we are looking about $17 K and 30 days to repair our vehicle and are very confident we will have the same outcome as our first time. They were very professional, I am very happy with the labor that went into my car. I don't have any complaints, but just a little constructive feedback, I would ask for a clear timeline of the repairs; I'm certain they did a great & thorough job, I was just very frustrated by the circumstance of being without my car and unable to make contingency plans for how long I needed to plan on not having a car. The repair went about 4 days past the original time estimation. However, they were very patient & understanding about my eagerness to fix my situation. They were very good at communicating the delays. I would definitely go back & ask for clear timelines so that I could manage my own expectations. Thanks guys!
