I took my 2009 altima to T and R after having a mobil mechanic repair my power steering pump this mobile mechanic (Perkins Automotive Mobile mechanic) had the engine torn apart after 8 weeks on jack stands, I fired him. A friend told me about T and R and I had the car towed to them. I got a call the next day saying they car wash done. My altima is running great and T and R did a fantastic job not only with the car but customer service was the best as was the cost to fix the car. I can't express my appreciation enough. I scheduled my appointment because my vehicle seemed to be having issues. They went above and beyond to diagnose the issue, and when they couldn't find a problem they didn't even charge me. They DID find a separate issue, and I'm definitely going back to have that resolved because the pricing was extremely fair, and the experience I've had was bar none by FAR the best I've experienced in my entire life, as someone who's owned several vehicles. My name is Michael i brought my 2009 Jeep Wrangler in to Russ to get a new clutch put into my jeep. When I went to drop my jeep off I noticed another jeep in the back and my confidence on dropping it off went up. Then the front desk lady says Russ is about to pull in a few minutes. I seen he drove a jeep gladiator then I knew I made the right choice on choosing T&R Automotive. He finished the job in a few days I was pleased with the work him and his team did. Close to 3 months down the road the throw out bearing went faulty and I noticed a lot of chatter coming from the transmission when I would push in the clutch and let the clutch out so I instantly call T&R and explained my situation and with out hesitation they said bring it in. They held up to there warranty without arguing it:) they didn’t charge me anything. I am proud to say T&R automotive is a outstanding company! I will definitely keep doing business with them.
