Rocket Auto is always honest and reasonable. I had a wonderful radiator replacement with them, and they even bent my a/c condenser back best they could for me and got it working. Rocket Auto has been taking care of our vehicles for 8 years. They have always treated us fairly and honestly. They are very open about what they do and clearly explain in advance anything that needs to be done. Their charges have been reasonable. Their invoice gives a clear and understandable list of charges and they have never added any unexpected charges. Each time I take my vehicle in for servicing, they inspect its condition. They give me a printed list of any upcoming recommended services or repairs that may need to be done in the future. Roger and Sarra are a joy to do business with. Have gone in for oil changes, when I'm unable to do it myself, and have never been disappointed. Everyone is very kind and helpful, the prices are much better than any Valvoline or Jiffy Lube, and you can always expect a fast, well-done job. I will definitely keep going for other services and the occasional oil change.
