Service writer put on original work order to allow for a $60.00 allowance if I spent over $500.00 This was their text message they sent to me after I spent $522.82 originally. Today I paid $2963.22 with no $60.00 credit that I could see. I requested this credit upon agreeing to the $2900+ work order as instructed by their text message. They want to know how they did before I can drive vehicle home. Give the customer TIME to acess the work performed BEFORE asking how they did. Car was kept for 2 days + when it should have been only one days work as they had car previously, so parts and service required were known. Took my truck to these guys for electrical issues, they were able to find and fix the problem really fast and really reasonably prices definitely gonna be doing business with them again.
