Prestige Auto Repair

First time at Prestige. My check engine light came on and they got me right in to run diagnostics. Didn't need any repairs this time thankfully but if anything comes up I'll definitely utilize their services again!!Everyone was very courteous and explained things thoroughly.

The air conditioner on my Mercedes Sprinter was not working. Prestige took my van in the next day and found the refrigerant was low so they filled it to spec. They also put in a dye so a leak could be found. The air system worked for 2 days and then failed. I found a leak in the condenser and am in the process of replacing it at home. I would have taken it back to Prestige for the work but they did not have time available for 3 weeks. I found Prestige to be very professional and excellent communicators. I would definitely recommend them. Service: Air conditioning

Prestige auto did a great job with our car. They were really good about explaining the issues and the repairs. Only reason not five stars is that my car was in the shop 4 days for routine maintenance. Service: General repairs & maintenance
