Thank you to Marcus for rescuing me from the roadside and towing my car to the dealership. It really made a difference in my day that Marcus showed up quickly. He was friendly and helpful.
Great service! Even towed me to the gas station first to see if some gas or oil would help my car start. When it still didn't start, towed me home and even landed it perfectly in a parking spot. Thanks Travis ????
I called AAA when my car would not start, thinking I would need a tow. Travis from P&M came out, and saved the day! He was able to determine it was my battery and got my car started within minutes of arriving. He provided great service with getting my car going, along with recommendations where to get a new battery and also made sure nothing else appeared to be an issue for me to drive my car. Travis was helpful, kind, polite, patient when my 3 year old wanted to ask him questions, and made for a great experience!
