Arrived at 2pm and was told they were closing for the day.
Well, someone I spoken on the phone to make an appointment for our car that has a recalled. Today we stopped by and ordered having arrived. Will see them on Monday morning. Otherwise, nice service person was nice. Last Monday morning, my wife was there for her 8am for appointment with recalled mirrors, but she saw no one inside the building and guess someone forgot to lock front door. Again she was kind of disappointed and head back home. Guess your service employee forgot about Monday was a holiday. So we'll be gone for 2 months vacation.
Way overpriced, as usual for a dealership. Something like $185/hour for a mechanic. Who makes that kind of money in the real world? Buyer beware. Shame on me for falling for it. Service: Auto maintenance
