I moved here from out of state 6 years ago, a single mom with a teenage (now adult) daughter, and we needed to find a new mechanic. I got scammed at another place before trying Brother's Automotive, and now we won't take our cars anywhere else. From the first phone call with Phil, we felt taken care of. I once had a small leak and they replaced the hose and clamp without even charging me. We have taken several cars in for checks prior to purchasing, and they have steered us away from a few lemons (SO grateful for that!) before helping us choose the right vehicle for us. I have also had other car issues that I had NO idea what the problem was, but upon inspection it ended up being something really minor and they either didn't charge me at all or they gave me very reasonable costs to fix the issue. I've been to Brothers Automotive more times than I'd like to admit with a couple of my vehicles. I've also reccomended them to many, for years. All of which have so had great experiences with them at a very reasonable price. From simple electrical issues to my engine swap I've had nothing but exceptional experiences with them. Also gotta give a shout out to Phil for his help both on the phone helping schedule repairs, and the work he's been able to do on my Equus Sedan along with the other experienced mechanics. Most honest shop I've had the pleasure of doing business with and will continue to do so. They keep their customers and stay busy for a reason.
