I bought a Toyota Tundra from Carmax and it had a noise coming from the engine. Carmax sent me to Ace Automotive and Ben was amazing he got me in right away. They replaced the power steering pump and that helped but it still had a little noise so Ben wanted to have the vehicle for a couple days to go over everything. Carmax got me a loaner and I dropped off the truck. Alternator wa replaced and no more noise. Great customer service and very speedy. I was amazed that they were able to get me in as fast as they did because they are a very busy shop and I can see why. Any problems with my vehicles and I know where to take them. Second time using these guys they are great I have no complaints they're great with communication, they let you know what's going on, their goal is to get to the root of the problem not put a Band-Aid over it and toss it back on the road. Can't believe I had to listen to some manager in the shop swearing and cussing at employees. If their manager acts like that I can't imagine that their management is any good - which boils down to service not being good. Took my car elsewhere, after I got the quote.
