Everyone we dealt with at Womack was kind, helpful, and communicative. They thoroughly assessed the damage to our vehicle following a collision--and in a timely manner, considering how overbooked body shops are right now. Greatly appreciate their help in a time of distress! Service: Body & Trim
They kept me updated the whole way with the repair and even got my vehicle done 2 days before the rental went back and we were expecting it to take much longer. Will definitely use again
Their online scheduling does not match up with their actual scheduling. When the canceled my appointment I kept getting the excuse that it’s two different systems and they don’t have control over it. Veronica was the person I spoke to and instead of trying to help, she was short, snappy and rude! Don’t go here!
