Scheduled an appointment at Firestone for oil change and other general maintenance. Person on the phone was rude and seemed annoyed to be talking to me so I cancelled. I called Morgan Auto and experience was night and day. Exceptional customer service from scheduling through repair, to pickup. Prices were transparent and fair. Found my new auto shop in Portland.
A gem of a place to have your car repaired. Honest, reliable and on point with my Prius. The dealer quoted me 3 time the amount to repair the vehicle, so I was happy with the quote I received from Morgan Auto Repair. They did excellent work, were friendly and so easy to work with.
