I have been using Matrix Integrated in Cedar Mill since Al sold his business. I would NEVER change them with another business. They are extremely dependable and professional. 100% honest. Today for an issue with my tire pressure they took the time to fix it and show me and did not charge me a penny. Businesses like this are very hard to find these days. I have been working with Matrix Westside for about five years now, with excellent results. My 2008 Boxster S, 2008 Cayman, 2014 Cayman and 2016 Cayman S have all been handled with extreme care. The work is always completed on time, and for what was quoted or slightly less. It's an understatement to say that my cars now run and drive PERFECTLY while under Matrix's care. In addition to the Porsches, my wife and I have a collection of five Mini Coopers of various vintage that all get taken care of as well as the Porsches do here. And now after a year of struggling with getting a 1986 Porsche 944 to run properly they are coming through for me again. I can't believe I've never reviewed this place. They've been taking care of my 2004 VW since 2018. They're detailed, careful and knowledgeable. They've kept my 29 year old car running smoothly for years. Though, most importantly, they're helpful and accountable. Jarid is the best service partner I've met. Recently, I had an issue that took a long time to diagnose across multiple visits. They finally narrowed the issue and realized it was related to a repair they made a few years ago. And, without asking, offered to replace the expensive part, with long labor, on their dime. No questions asked. I appreciate the customer advice and thoughtfulness. Car runs beautifully again; problem is fixed. Cars are complex machines and sometime repairs don't go as expected. Being accountable and taking care of their customers - that's what Matrix and Jarid are for me. Thank you.
