This is a trustworthy auto repair place to go! I brought in an older vehicle, 1991 Toyota Camry, and got a 95 point inspection. Have me a list of most important, to soon, to probably should do. No pressure at any point, fair prices, friendly staff, and comfortable environment. Highly recommend!!!

Worst customer service anyone could ask for. Calls went to voicemail regularly, and lack of communication from Lentz was frustrating. Their timeline for repair was much shorter then the time they kept our car. We called about a issue with our car after having g work done on it. They said it wasn't their work and brushed us off. Once my husband's car finally wouldn't turn on they said have it towed in for them to look at it. This was for them to check their work from before and that would now be warranty work. It took them just a few days shy of a month to give us news that the mechanic is taking a look at the car. After 3 more weeks we are told something was too tight then they changed wording. It wasn't to tight now but it was all the way open. Sounded like someone shared to much detail and had to take it back and make it not sound like they could be at fault. A few days later we are told we need a whole new engine. Best part about the whole thing is, they wanted to charge us for thei
