Lithia Toyota of Medford Service Center

We had issue with my wife's car which needed the alternator replaced. Michael Jacobson did a wonderful job. It was able to get me in and get the job completed in a day. My wife needed to get out of town for her job and Michael made it happen. He was awesome! Thank you Michael!

I made an appointment (in advance) to have my oil changed using special oil I had ordered earlier. They changed the oil filter as well as checked to see if I needed new wipers & determined I didn't. I was grateful for the very quick 30 min appointment plus they shared my wipers were still good. Jeremy was efficient in ordering the oil (earlier)& Joe was very professional, helpful, & personable throughout the entire appointment! Thanks to everyone!

This is not a review of their service, but their facility and availability. On the day I'm writing this, July 17, 2023, they are booked through mid August. Their service bay appears to accommodate just 4 cars, and when I took the attached photo, only one was in use in the early afternoon. I'm going to have to find somewhere else to service my Toyota, but not being from this area I have no idea who to go to.
