Lithia Honda in Medford Service Center

My 2017 CR-V needed its first oil change. I called the service department at Lithia Honda and they were able to get me in the same day I called which was very convenient for me. When I arrived Josh quickly got me checked in and explained what was needed for my first service. I could have gotten a shuttle ride home or to another destination but I chose to wait. Josh estimated it would take an hour and it was very close. They gave me the complimentary car wash and I was very happy to drive away in my clean CR-V!! Great service! Josh did a fantastic job and worked with Honda to ensure that my repairs were covered by them. Very professional and efficient. I drive from Grants Pass to have my car serviced at the Medford dealership because I trust them to take good care of my car.

The service crew is always pleasant and helpful. I never feel like an inconvenience. It is a relief when I think of having my car serviced due to how I have been treated so far. Thanks and keep up the good work :)
