Update: The business responded saying that there was new damage. I have a chrome bumper and they claimed that someone must have backed into my truck to cause the bumper to sag. There would have been noticeable signs on my chrome bumper if this was new damage. They would rather fabricate an infinite amount of possibilities rather than standing behind their work and fixing the poor quality of repair. They did a great job initially, but now that there is a problem with their work, they made up an excuse to not cover the warranty they promised on the work.

It is blatantly obvious they care more about speed and turnaround than quality of craftsmanship. My vehicle was taken in after being rear ended, the repairs are beyond sub par. There is still visible damage to the trunk of my vehicle, the tail pipe was to be straightened and was not, even after I brought this to their attention and left the vehicle with them an extra 24 hours. None of the plastic clips that hold my spare tire storage area were replaced and the spare tire tools now move around and make noise from the rear of the vehicle due to being unstable. There are scratches on the parts that were “new” already and I literally JUST picked my car up. Included is a photo of their “finished” work and one of what it should look like.
