I could not be happier with the timeliness, quality, and honesty of their work. They addressed my vehicle’s issue immediately once I told them I had a work meeting that was very important to me. Then, they repaired my vehicle in under the hour they’d predicted it would take and charged me less than $100. It was no minor issue, as the vehicle would stop running (in traffic!) with alarming regularity. Without question, they would be my first choice if I encounter other problems. (PS. On the phone, my vehicle’s dealership would have charged 3-4 times as much and not been able to provide a same-day, let alone same-hour, repair.) An addendum: The next day, they followed up on the work they had provided and even helped me process a credit and exchange with another business. I feel very confident in their expertise and very valued as a customer. They are certainly worth the stars and ratings that led me to them in the first place.
