We were new to the Southern Oregon area and had some prior bad experiences with other shops in the area. Brian at Bob Thomas Automotive was caring, professional, and honest throughout the whole process of our truck giving us issues. We’ve had to take our truck in twice on two seperate issues from prior work completed at another shop that wasn’t done correctly. Loren the Shop manager was amazing and helpful. Very upfront and took in account budget and expenses. Loren gave me a quote for everything that needed to be completed and let me know of the things that needed to be ASAP and others that I could wait till later since it was getting a little expensive.
