Firestone Complete Auto Care

As a Lyft driver, I can't even begin to express how amazing these people are. Not only did they do an excellent job in a timely fashion but I swear to God I think they even vacuumed my car!! Homedude at the front desk with the goatee and silvering hair was absolutely remarkable and professional and even gave good conversation which isn't usually the case with an auto shop. These guys have earned 100% of my business ???? I'm blown away at how well these people do their job and you will be too. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I've had the lifetime alignment with them for years and they never disappoint! They mentioned they are having a Sale and so I bought new tires! I was misquoted unfortunately but they did everything they could to try to make it right. All around very nice people with great customer service! I will definitely continue to take my Volvo here.

I have used Firestone for years with excellent service, but this was my first time at this location. I paid extra to have them check my brakes because I had concerns about them. They claimed my brakes were at 90%. Claiming my passenger side front brake was PERFECT condition. I will add photos to show the GROOVES that were in both my brake pads upon losing brakes today up in the woods. Mind you, I had my 3 year old daughter with me and they let me drive off with brakes that were shot. My mechanic thinks the passenger side has never been changed due to the difficulty in removal of the old pads and rotors. I'm appalled by the irresponsibility and disregard of my CHILDS safety. It is one thing to put an adult at risk but these technicians put my child at risk when they let me drive away with my truck in that condition. Not to mention, nobody disclosed they wouldn't check my drum brakes in the rear, despite being a RWD truck. This location single handedly ruined my experience with Firestone
