Excellent group of mechanics and great shop! They’re knowledgeable, very thorough, and just great at what they do. Also, if you have any concerns they will take time to explain everything to you, which I appreciate. I’ve been taking in my ‘09 Forester for a couple of times and each time I’ve been very happy with their work . From minor repairs to a blown turbo they have done great/quality work for a reasonable price! Elliot goes above and beyond to make sure you and your vehicle are taken care of. I went to Lomeli's on Division and am completely satisfied I did. I needed my radiator flushed. Had a clay-like build up, mixed of rust and what I suspected was metal shavings. I called around for a quote and everywhere else quoted me $50 more than Carlos, the owner of Lomeli's. Over the phone, he was thorough, thoughtful, interactive and helpful. He offered for me to come in the next day for a free examination to make sure what was going on in the radiator wasnt a result of quick stop, leak sealer. Carlos and his technician, Chris I think, were great at explaining what they were seeing and potential issues that could arise. They fit me in the same day for the radiator flush. They got me a ride home, called throughout the day with comprehensive updates and warnings of potential problems. I was quoted $149 for the flush, after all the necessary parts were replaced I paid $208, which was the same price i was quoted for only a flush at a different shop.
