There was an attempt to persuade me not to file a claim due to representative demand that my rates would go up and I would be docked points. I paid the bill in total. As leaving I noticed that my tank was fully empty without being told. I dropped it off with just under a quarter tank, which would be around $40.00 of gas. I immediately called my agent to finish filing my claim and found that what your representative said was totally false. That Farmers has also sent a check for payment to you. I did end up getting reimbursed along with payment for loss of time from my Van. I am left with a bad taste for the entire establishment of all four of the businesses that it provides. I wouldn’t trust anything about the property.
