When it comes to saving you money, they make it really hard to even try to help find less expensive alternatives. I had to pay a fee just to get my car back, and ended up doing the work myself. It wasn't even what their technician originally stated on his sheet. They need to be more honest. It's all about the money for them. Not helping the customer ???? indefinitely don't recommend them.
I was in and out in a matter of minutes...friendly, capable mechanics ... a Dealership wanted to charge 170.00 just to look at my simple issue!..from now on Pairie Automotive has my buisness . Service: General repairs & maintenance
Traveling with our RV when our truck started to overheat. Prairie Rd made room for us the next day. They were knowledgeable of our diesel engine and knew how to take care of our cooling system. They were kind a had great customer service , keeping us updated and informed throughout the process. I would recommend their services to anyone.
