When I first walked in the door, I was greeted by some very knowledgeable and professional staff who gave me tire options and some personal experience of the type of tires that I finally chose. Upon installing the new tires, the mechanic noted some worn out parts that were in dire need of replacement. They had me come back in Friday morning and by that afternoon, I had new tie rods, bushings and a realignment for a very good price. Not only did they make my car safe again from a potential roadside breakdown, they also saved my vacation that I was leaving on the next day. My car once again drives like a new vehicle and I have peace of mind that my wife and small children will enjoy the long road trip knowing that Point S Tires really cares about their customers and will go out of their way to ensure safety and happiness for everyone involved. Recently used Point S inEugene for my new set of tires. They started working on my vehicle promptly at my appointment time and had it ready within 45 minutes. They did a great job. I was in Eugene and could not find wiper blades for my BMW. Stopped by Point S and they were able to get some new wipers and install them for me. They did this in a timely manner and it was reasonably priced. Thank you to the crew for the amazing work.
