What a humorous and moderately insulting experience with Old Dominion. If I want my car repaired, I will have to wait until October, approximately 4 months from today for repairs to commence. Apparently Old Dominion operates on the same schedule as neurosurgeons in Eugene-Springfield? Missing at Old Dominion, seems to be a bit of honesty from this high end body shop. Make no mistake, this is not a question about their good quality of work. However, there are several auto body shops in Eugene-Springfield that do just as good or even better work. My wife, the claimant, was rear-ended by a Geico insured. The moment I mentioned Geico, I saw an immediate look of distress from Old Dominion representatives. But wait...after taking a few pictures of my car that's in excellent condition at 63,000 miles, Old Dominion would not write an estimate.
