This time it was brakes but have used them in the past a lot. Love these guys and think they do good work. I have spent a heck of a lot of money with them in the past. I went in because it was jerky when stopping at some speed. I asked for a consideration on the price tag because I am a good customer and they had charged me for diagnostic. Didn't know if it would be successful but thought I would give it a shot. I was disappointed not to have gotten the consideration but that I felt pretty judged and disregarded. I am old and that is a delicate matter to begin with and the guy that worked on it asked the manager who said no out of hand and didn't speak with me at all but looked at me. He needs skills and a little compassion I think. So to rate this interaction has two parts. The work is always good I think and Darin is always really great; but the way in which it was handled (customer service) frankly sucked.
