The kindness and professionalism of Ed and his team of people were unsurpassed. I didn't know there were still such decent people in business. Not only was Ed solid and calm when I came in shaken from my car accident, but he walked me through what steps I should take with my insurance. He explained what was wrong with the car in a thorough, non-condescending way, and showed me what would be good to take pictures of. When we found out that my insurance wasn't going to cover the damage to my car, Ed went out of his way to find used parts to reduce the cost to me, cutting off 1.5 K. When the parts took a long time to arrive and he noticed I was struggling with the bus and rental cars for work, he loaned me an extra car until mine was done. When there was an issue with the power steering after the car was returned to me, he had it reprogrammed for free in the time that it took for us to have a lively conversation in the office.
